NextChapter groups connect independent adults around public activities. Hosts coordinate a meeting; they are not official guides or representatives of the organiser. No platform staff attendance is promised unless explicitly stated. / 同行小组帮助独立成人围绕公共活动结伴。发起人仅协调集合，不代表官方导游或主办方；除非明确说明，不承诺平台人员到场。

1. Register and pay only through the official organiser. Joining a group is not a ticket or booking. / 仅通过官方渠道报名及付款，加入小组不等于获得门票。
2. Meet in public. Do not post home addresses, phone numbers, identity documents or financial information. / 在公共场所集合，不发布住址、电话、证件或财务资料。
3. Email verification proves access to an email address, not personal identity, age, qualifications or trustworthiness. / 邮箱验证不代表身份、年龄、资格或信誉认证。
4. Respect boundaries. No harassment, discrimination, spam, solicitation, payment requests or unsolicited private contact. / 尊重他人，不骚扰、歧视、发送广告、招揽、索款或擅自私下联系。
5. Review the official activity's accessibility, age and attendance rules. Do not assume a group is suitable for everyone. / 核对官方无障碍、年龄和参加要求，不默认所有人均适合。
6. Confirm your plans and let the group know if they change. Hosts must hand over with the new host's acceptance, or cancel before leaving. / 确认出席计划，改变时及时说明。发起人须经对方接受后转交，或取消小组。
7. Use block and report controls when needed. Reports are reviewed by administrators; the service is not continuously monitored or an emergency service. For immediate danger use local emergency services. / 有需要时使用屏蔽和举报。管理员处理举报，平台不提供全天候监控或紧急救援；遇即时危险请联系当地紧急服务。

Group transaction emails are separate from newsletter marketing. To stop future participation updates, withdraw pending requests or leave the relevant groups. Essential cancellation and account notices may still be delivered. / 同行事务邮件与营销订阅独立。退出小组或撤回申请可停止后续参加更新；必要的取消及账号通知仍可能送达。
