01

What we collect

When you subscribe, we save your email address, selected interests, area and language, subscription date and subscription status. When you submit an activity, we save the organiser’s contact email, organisation name, submission permission and activity details. The contact form saves your request type, email, message, activity link when supplied, contact permission, reference and processing status. Browsing activities does not require you to submit these details. We do not ask for identity card numbers, health records or financial information.

02

How we use your information

Subscription preferences help us prepare relevant activity emails. Organiser details are used to review submissions and communicate about their listings. Contact email addresses are not published on activity cards. Submitted activity information may be published after review. We do not use subscription emails for advertising audience targeting.

03

Your subscription choices

Subscribing requires your consent. You can update preferences by subscribing again with the same email address. A personal unsubscribe link in an email stops the subscription; it does not automatically delete the saved record. If you do not have a link, contact us using the guidance below. Subscription preferences can be saved before email delivery is available; the confirmation message tells you whether an email was sent.

04

Browser preferences & usage statistics

Your browser stores your chosen display language so it can be remembered on your next visit. Our application records page views, searches, official-link clicks, subscriptions and submissions as action names, times and an activity identifier where relevant. These analytics records do not contain your search words, email address, IP address or your identity. For official-link clicks, we use a random browser identifier stored locally for 30 days and store its hash to estimate unique browsers. We respect Do Not Track. These counts do not identify individual people. Hosting and sign-in providers may separately process technical logs or cookies under their own policies.

05

Service providers & external websites

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. These services support hosting, access controls and data storage, and may process information outside Singapore. If email delivery is enabled, Brevo receives the recipient email address and message needed to send the email. When you follow an organiser or map link, you leave NextChapter SG; that provider’s privacy and booking terms apply. We do not arrange bookings or collect activity or travel payments.

06

Storage, retention & deletion

Subscription and submission records are held in the site’s database. Contact records and subscription exports are available through the protected administration area. Unsubscribing changes your subscription status; activity expiry removes the listing from the main discovery pages. Neither action automatically erases stored personal information. There is currently no scheduled automatic deletion period. You can request access, corrections or deletion using the contact guidance below; identity checks may be needed before handling a request.

07

Sources, summaries & content rights

Activity summaries are independently written from public facts and retain the original source link. We do not copy organiser photographs or posters. The homepage lifestyle image is AI-generated and illustrative. Organisers submitting an activity give permission for its text to be displayed following review; submission does not imply automatic publication. Sponsored activities are labelled.

08

Verification & corrections

Verified records that listed facts were checked against an official or organiser source at the displayed time. Availability, fees, accessibility and cancellation status can change. Check the organiser’s latest information before making plans. To report an error or a content-rights concern, include the activity link and the detail that needs reviewing.

09

Contact & requests

Use our contact form to request an activity correction, unsubscribe or deletion of personal contact records. Include the email used for the subscription or submission and an activity link where relevant. We may contact you to verify ownership before changing personal data. Do not send identity documents, passwords, health records or payment details.
